03 — Jewelry Requirements

Built for fine detail on delicate surfaces

Jewelry marking requires control of focus, depth and heat input. Engraving removes material, so the finish, geometry and acceptable surface change must be agreed and tested on representative pieces.

  • No surface damage. Controlled energy avoids melting, discoloration and scratches on polished and plated metal.

  • Rotary for round pieces. A rotary axis holds rings and bracelets concentric so the mark stays even around the curve.

  • Repeatable placement. Fiducial and edge detection keep the mark position consistent across every piece.

  • Every job saved. Power, speed and frequency stored per design, recalled in one click for repeat orders.
