02 — Production Flow

From bare frame to shipped machine

  1. Step 01

    Assembly

Cabinet, worktable, lift and motion hardware are built to the machine layout.

  2. Step 02

    Wiring

Controller, power supply, safety interlock and cooling harnesses are routed and connected.

  3. Step 03

    Alignment

Laser source, galvo head and lens are aligned so the beam is centered and stable.

  4. Step 04

    Testing

The machine marks test coupons and runs its marking parameters to confirm output.

  5. Step 05

    Inspection

Finished machines are checked for optics, controls and marking quality before release.

  6. Step 06

    Packing

Optics and sensitive parts are protected, and the machine is crated for freight.

  7. Step 07

    Shipping

Crated machines are handed to forwarders with the buyer's configuration and recorded test parameters, then supported remotely after delivery.

03 — Quality

Tested on real parts, then shipped

Every machine leaves our workshop after marking test coupons and an optical / control inspection. The parameters used are kept with the order, so our engineers can guide tuning after delivery. Specifications and marking results are confirmed by sample testing on your material.
