Configure the machine around your part
Options are selected per job and integrated before shipment. Tell us how the part moves and where the machine sits — we propose the configuration.
Rotary Axis
Motorized 360° rotation for cylindrical parts — pens, rings, sleeves, tubes and shafts. Driven from the marking software, no separate controller.
XY Moving Table
Motorized stage for marking areas larger than a single lens field, or for batch arrays of small parts stepped under the head.
Safety Enclosure
Interlocked enclosure selected for the laser wavelength and operating configuration. Laser classification and exposure controls must be assessed for the complete system.
Fume & Dust Extraction
Filtered extraction unit placed at the work area to remove smoke and particulates generated during engraving and coated-material marking.
Barcode & Vision Scanner
Inline camera to verify marked codes, position parts automatically, or read incoming barcodes before serializing the mark.
Conveyor & Automation
Belt or roller conveyor with sensor-triggered marking for in-line production, plus PLC handshake signals for factory integration.
Elevating Workbench
Manual or motorized height adjustment to bring different part sizes into focus without resetting the optical setup.
Software Options
Built-in barcode, QR and DataMatrix generators, database-linked serialization, and import of PLT, DXF, AI and EPS vector files.
Foot Pedal & Cables
Hands-free start switch and extended fiber or control cables for stations where the operator and machine are not side by side.
02 — Integration
One software, every option
Rotary axes, moving tables, conveyors and vision systems are configured in the same marking software that draws the mark. There is no extra PLC programming required for common setups — the machine is tested with your options before shipment, so the station arrives ready to run.
For custom automation, we provide handshake signals and coordinate with your integrator during the build. Sample testing on your parts is included before purchase.
