These terms govern website use. Machine sales, specifications, payment, delivery and warranty obligations are governed by the quotation and sales contract accepted by both parties. Website browsing or submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a sales contract. A separately agreed sales contract prevails over conflicting general website terms, subject to mandatory law.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These website terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to any mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through friendly consultation. If consultation does not resolve a dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, the dispute shall be submitted to the Yantai Arbitration Commission (烟台仲裁委员会) for arbitration under its rules in force when the arbitration is commenced. The seat of arbitration is Yantai, Shandong, China. The award is final and binding, subject to applicable law and a valid arbitration agreement.

A different dispute resolution provision expressly agreed in a sales contract governs disputes under that contract. These terms do not prevent an application for interim relief or the exercise of rights that applicable law reserves to competent courts or authorities.

7. Contact Information

We may revise these terms prospectively by publishing an updated version with a revised date. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing sales contract without agreement.
